2020-2021 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

​​IMPORTANT DATES​

  • March 6th - Current family registration and enrollment opens online at 9:00 a.m. Please use the link at the bottom of the page to register. You will not be allowed to enroll until all release forms and fees are received.

  • March 9th - Registration Liability Release and Medical Release forms and fees will be accepted at LIFT from 8:30a.m.-3:30p.m.

  • March 23rd - New family registration and enrollment opens online. You will not be allowed to enroll until all registration forms and fees are received.

  • April 20th - Open house for current families will be held from 3:30p.m.-4:30p.m. and new families from 4:30p.m.-5:30p.m. at Vaughn Forest Church. Please enter through the courtyard entrance.

  • April 20th - Students who have not paid class deposits may be removed from class rosters.

  • July 28th - Deadline to place and pay for online clothing orders. 

  • August 10th - Parent & Instructor Orientation/Mandatory Meeting. 

  • August 17th - First full day of classes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Students must be twelve (12) years of age by September 1 of the current school year and no more than 18 (not to turn 19 during the current school year), in order to participate in LIFT. 

  • Families from any church school in the River Region may register; however, acceptance is at the discretion of LIFT. 

  • Students returning to LIFT must have retained no less than a grade of “B” in each subject at the end of their 2019-2020 school year in order to take four (4) classes. All other students, including first year homeschooling students, are limited to three (3) classes.

 

How do I register for LIFT?

1. Complete the online LIFT registration form using the link below.

2. Complete the Disclaimer & Liability Release Form and the Medical Release Form which can be found here. Copy the front and back of your insurance card on the bottom of the Medical Release Form and mail these documents to Sharon Hubbard at P. O. Box 241738, Montgomery, AL 36124 or drop them off in person at LIFT on Monday.

3. Pay all LIFT registration fees.

 

How do I enroll for classes?

1. Once ALL fees and paperwork have been received, you will be emailed the link and access code needed to enroll online.

2. Complete your online enrollment and pay a $20 deposit for each class by PayPal, mail, or at open house. Some classes require copy or student notes fees with your deposit. This information is found on the enrollment form. Note: Current families will begin receiving enrollments codes on March 6th and new families on March 23rd.

 

What happens at open house?

Open house allows families to meet instructors, learn more about each class, allow students to take any required placement assessments, and/or pay class deposits. Unless required by the instructors, open house is optional for current families who have met all registration requirements and paid all enrollment fees. New families, living in the River Region, are required to attend. Current families, please check with your instructor about attendance.

What are the current LIFT fees and class tuitions?

  • Registration Fee:

    • Returning Families: $210.00 per family for the first student; $110.00 per family for each additional student.

    • New Families: $235 per family for the first student; $135 per family for each additional student.

    • Please note that registration fees are non-refundable. Checks should be made payable to Lakeview Institue for Teens.

  • Clothing Fee:

    • Students are required to wear LIFT t-shirts on each campus. See the clothing policy for more details.

      • Short Sleeve T-Shirts $15

      • Long Sleeve T-shirts $20

      • Hoodies $30

  • Tuition​:

    • Each class requires a $20 deposit upon enrollment.

    • Some classes may also require that copy or notebook fees be paid with the class deposit. Please refer to the enrollment form or contact the instructor for more information.

    • Class tuition can be found in the class descriptions and is paid directly to the instructor each quarter.

How do I pay my tuition and fees?

We prefer that you pay all LIFT registration fees by PayPal using the link below or with the link paypal.me/LIFTMontgomery. However, you may also mail your check to the post office box listed or pay your fees in person. Please note, if paying by PayPal do NOT select good or service or a fee will be added. Class deposits, copy or notebook fees, and class tuition are paid directly to the instructor. Payment information is listed on the class enrollment form and in the class descriptions. Please contact the instructor for additional information.​
